Goal Directed Leadership
Leadership skills are developed through building teams and accomplishing objectives. The environment and opportunity to do this is what separates the Scouting program from any other program available to youth today.
The Goal Directed Leadership program provides a framework for Patrol Leaders and Troop Leaders to establish a set of SMART goals, and to work toward the goal of meeting the criteria for the National Honor Patrol status.
The Goal Directed Leadership program provides a strategy to facilitate the development of youth leaders, and to instill the important leadership priorities of building high-performing teams and achieving group goals.
